Mr Febriandi Rahmatulloh is head of CRM analytic data business unit AXIS PT.Natrindo telepon seluler, Saudi Telecom (STC) holdings subsidary, GSM 3G celular provider.Previosly he was work as Analyst for Customer Stimulation Retention program, supporting customer analytic and customer lifecycle management at PT XL Axiata (GSM Cellular Telecommunication Company), Indonesia. His research interests are concerned with modeling and simulation of Business system and economics. The main methods of his research are intelligence model, econometric and data mining.
He has more than 5 years of national and international experience in research and consultation in Indonesia and Austria. Previously, he was working as researcher at OPEC (Vienna), Ministry of Energy and mineral resources (Indonesia) and Market microstucture researcher at Indonesia Stock Exchange (Indonesia). Visiting lecturer on applied statistics in several university at Indonesia.
He had taught numerous courses and workshops on statistical multivariate analysis, Marketing Research, research methodology, intelligence fraud detection model (inteligence model), macro economics and energy economics demand analysis.
Mr Febri holds Bachelor of Science from Gadjah Mada State University (UGM) and Master of Statistics Bogor Agricultural State Institute (IPB) graduate hons Magna Cumlaude.
