My name is Rohan Kotwani. I specialize in problem solving and working with complex data. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in analytics. In the masters of analytics program at LSU, I gained an understanding of various statistical models & how to check the assumptions of these models. Some of the statistical models that I am familiar with are regression, classification, dimensionality reduction, and clustering. Through this program I also gained experience with market research, database design, data warehousing, and optimization techniques.
My strong self-learning ability and software engineering experience, from the electrical engineering program, has enabled me to write various machine learning and signal processing algorithms from scratch. In addition, programming experience has made me comfortable with a variety of unstructured data and the algorithms.
