I am thinking about how "to ensure quality control of data analysis".  Saw this in a job posting.  What techniques would you recommend to ensure analysis quality (not data quality)?  Looking forward to your thoughts.

Random "audits" of results - find a way to pick a random set of results out of a random report, ideally have someone else not involved with the original analytics independently verify results.  Enough data and it'll give you a track record of which analyses (and analysts) are most problematic.  I have never had to do this though, so I'm not speaking from personal experience - only speculating.
