Hello Every one,
I am trying to understand if we can use unstructured text data to predict customer survival.
Are there any specific text mining techniques which we can use on customer interactions data( customer calls to call centre / requests & complaints submitted at various channels like branch, internet, mobile etc/posts in social media about the company/emails sent to company) for survival analysis?
Any inputs / pointers on this topic would be helpful.

Better to achieve data for event history first. All that multi-channel is beyond the normal assumptions of survival analysis.
