The following study is for academics only and published by ASA (thus it's mostly US data). I'm wondering if similar studies exist for corporate jobs. The salary discrepancy is less pronounced than I would have thought (when broken down per years of experience), but there are fewer women in the higher ranks - and this by itself is the main contributor to salary differences by gender.
