Job description:
Development, validations and reviews of models for estimation of wholesale credit risk parameters
Special requirements:
Technical Experience Required:
– PD, LGD, EAD. Implementing the latest statistical methodologies in order to better capture the risk in the wholesale portfolio. Assisting and coordinating on model development and implementation in other European countries as necessary.
•Excellent quantitative background and previous experience in building and validating PD/LGD/EAD models •Excellent knowledge of manipulation large datasets in SAS •Excellent programming skills and knowledge of econometrical packages (SAS is beneficial, E-views, Matlab etc ) •Good understanding of macroeconomics and stress testing •Excellent communication skills, good tact and diplomacy, as the role requires constant communication with other individuals and teams
Desirable Skills •Previous experience in a quantitatively focused position within a banking institution •High standard of written documentation; ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience •Ability to work with minimal supervision and on multiple tasks simultaneously •Excellent time management and prioritization of work tasks •Self motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability •Committed to completion of work tasks •Must have flexible approach to work and working hours •MSc in a relevant quantitative discipline
They are looking for someone with 2-3 years experience in Financial Services with excellent SAS skills.
