Dr. Ahmed Wahba received a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the International Economics and Development Policies from the University of Florida in the United States, with a concentration on applied econometrics, microeconomics, macroeconomics, international trade policy analysis, and development economics. Previously, he received his master degree in the applied economics and international development from the Western Michigan University in the United States, with a focus on applied microeconomics, macroeconomics and econometrics. Dr. Ahmed Wahba had the privilege of working for the University of Florida as a research assistant, where he learned valuable professional skills and strong knowledge in econometric modeling and quantitative methods for economics, and how to use them effectively across a range of economic problems. Also, Dr. Ahmed worked for the University of Florida as a Teaching Assistant, where he strengthened his pedagogical experience and teaching skills, managing the diversity in the classroom, including diverse cultures and backgrounds.
