We achieve this by building a multidimensional business model, reflecting all important dimensions of the client business in the revenue and cost side. Technology wise, we have developed a process we call RapidBusinessModeling. With this we are building a multidimensional business model on the basis of activity based costing principles. We do this by decomposing the accumulated general ledger via meaningful driver table, down to workplace cost of the people in your organization, to there activities and processes via the products they produce and serve the customers with- to the customer costs in a truly multi-dimensional manner.
Multidimensionality means that you have a model in various dimension like: Customer, Product, Activity or any other dimension, where you can look at it from various perspectives, when rolling up some of your dimensions you still have the same total amount. This state-of-the-art technology allows also for customer profitability and potential at a glance, including the P&L of each customer.
Profitability improvement is conservatively about 3 to 6% of revenue.
Prior to RapidBusinessModeling :
Hans-Gerlach Woudboer was 27 year with Exxon Mobil in various technical and managerial positions within manufacturing, business and marketing.
He is an Exxon Chemical President award winner for an enterprise re-engineering and cost reduction project of 30%.
He earned his master degree as an Chemical Engineer at the Aachen
University of Technology.
