During one of the Advanced Research Techniques Forums (ART) I went to some years ago, a speaker was touting great success in improving online sales using a choice modelling approach. The idea was fairly simple, in that they simply created several different web pages in which they varied the presentation characterisitics using an orthongonal experimental design. The speaker claimed quite large increases in sales by using the winning page formats. I offer modelling services myself, if you see an area in which I could be of assistance.
