Short Bio:
Patrick C. Walker, MPA experience ranges from principal at METAMORF Technologies in Maryland, to Vice President of Information Technology for Bonner & Associates in the District of Columbia. He has also been a senior ICT consultant to profit and non-profit firms in national and international markets. Mr. Walker graduated summa cum laude from Humphrey School of Public Affairs with an interest in the impact of management information systems (MIS) and decision support systems (DSS) on public and private governance. Prior to entering graduate school, Mr. Walker owned and operated DSS and MIS platforms providing education, business and market development content and capacity to mainstream and marginalized communities. As an undergraduate, Mr. Walker graduated from Towson University with a BS double major in Mathematics and Computer Science.
