Hi there,

I am preparing to enter graduate school next fall, and currently work as a contract analyst and writer in academic, business and NPO areas. I enjoy the freedom of the work and the changing contexts and issues in which my analytic capabilities can be applied, but am pursuing graduate school for specialization and future teaching opportunities.

As you have had quite a prolific career in academia and consulting, do you have words of wisdom for managing both simultaneously, as there are differential demands for each?

I appreciate your comments.

hi Paul:

I am new to this site and saw your name. Just wanted to let you know your book "Survival Analysis Using the SAS System" was a great help to me earlier in my career. Scott
