Hello Colleagues -
My question to you all is: In your opinion, how viable is San Diego, CA as an analytics hub of companies and talent?

Difficult question. If you are a hiring manager, I would say it's not bad (many candidates, although mostly local), if you are a job seeker, not so good (few job offers, Fair Isaac being the first employer coming to my mind). But as the housing market improves, the dynamic could change, for the better (recruiters being able to hire talent from outside Calfornia, or even from LA / San Francisco).

In California, the Analytics hub is the Bay Area, followed by Los Angeles.
