Vincent, what about the "Links", e.g. the LINKS on the left side of the page? Are these a "purchased" feature, or can we add "links" for either STATSOFT, and/or a TOPIC ? - Thanks, Gary
I thought you looked familiar. I just saw that you worked with Richard Smith back in 1996. That's when I joined the stat dept. at UNC. Nice to meet up with more fellow Tar Heels!
that wasn't the counter I was referring to.. You have a counter of favorite job searching websites/recruiters listed... I was wondering how often that is updated thanks!
I thought about asking a question on AnalyticalBridge. It seems like a very intellectual forum. I couldn't say that my question(s) would be that intelligent, however, there would have a point. We'll see what I come up with.
Hi Vincent! Great stuff you got here! I’m trying to find out how different organizations, especially banks, structure business analytics and intelligence into their respective organizational setups and reporting lines. In an organization that may or may not employ highly sophisticated OLAP functionality for business managers, does each functional area employ an analyst in a consulting role to liaison between business users and the data extraction team, or is Business Intelligence a separate entity that provides analytics and intelligence services across the organization? This discussion is also posted as a comment on the Analytics Jobs group. Hope to hear from you soon!
