At InfoCentricity, I conduct analytic consulting and directs the creation of our analyst training programs, production processes, documentation, software requirements and quality assurance. Previously, I spent 18 years in a variety of mission-critical analytic and management roles at Fair Isaac, most recently as Analytics Director of the Prediction Technology group. As a leader of the analytic team, I developed and delivered predictive models of consumer behavior for lenders, credit bureaus and the IRS. As Director of Research & Development, I managed the creation and support of core analytic algorithms, internal analytic delivery processes, and training programs. I hold an MBA from the Haas School of Business and a BS in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
